The International Company for Touristic Development (Intours), is the investment and development arm of the International Group for Investments (IGI). Intours main activities include : Real Estate Development (Housing - Offices - Commercial), - Entertainment / Touristic Development, - Public Utilities Development, Operation & Maintenance.
The company is also active in forming groups for the development of projects handled through the BOT concept.
Intours is currently involved in the following projects: Gardenia Park, Hay Al Ashgar , Paradise Park, Taba Heights, Taba Resorts, Zamalek Floating Hotel, Sahl Hashish, and North Gulf of Suez Water Supply Project.
